The Kiwi is a very high quality solar light and has a powerful 0.49 watt solar cell which when placed in good sunlight can charge the internal replaceable battery by 50% to 75% in a single day. As the battery has a large capacity of 2.200 mAh, it is able to provide its light for much longer than similar cheaper products and using Li-ion technology enables any charge to be held for a very long time.
A further example of the quality of the Kiwi is that it is rated to IP65 for water ingress (IP65 Enclosures. Able to protect against water jets. Water projected by a nozzle (6.3 mm) against enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effects.) This means you can expect the Kiwi to last much longer than cheaper similar looking alternatives.
